Arena Features

Assisted Listening Devices
RF style assisted listening devices and sign language interpretation services are available by making advance arrangements with Guest Services at Nationwide Arena at least one week prior to scheduled event. For more information, call (614) 246-3872.
 
ATMs
Huntington money access machines are available on the main concourse behind the FSN Ohio Blue Line team store and near sections 111, 118, and 206 in the upper concourse.  An outdoor Huntington money machine is located outside the Ticket Office located on the west plaza of the arena.     
 
Cameras/Video
Use of video cameras is prohibited within Nationwide Arena. For Blue Jackets and Destroyers games, most non-professional cameras with attached lenses are permitted.

For special events including concerts, the camera policies are determined by the show or tour. Generally, cameras are not permitted for special events, but please call (614)246-2000 with specific inquiries. Cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted at any time during special events.
 
Doors/Opening Time
Doors at Nationwide Arena generally open one hour before most special events and games. Visit www.NationwideArena.com for the Events Schedule page for specific times.
 
Elevators/Escalators/Stairways
The main escalators are located at the southwest entrance. Elevators and stairways are located at the southwest, southeast, and northeast corners of the main and upper concourses.
 
Exit and No Re-Entry Policy
Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Exceptions are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Guests with medical emergencies or other emergencies who want to leave and then return to the building should be directed to the Guest Services Station on the main concourse where the attendant will issue a special pass for re-entry.
 
Family Restrooms/Diaper changing stations
Nationwide Arena offers family restrooms in the main concourse near sections 101, 110, 118 and on the upper concourse near sections 206, 221, 228. These facilities have larger private restrooms and changing tables.
 
First Aid
OhioHealth provides first aid and paramedic services for all events at Nationwide Arena. First-aid rooms are located on the main concourse outside Section 120 or on the upper concourse outside Section 206.
 
Guest Conduct
The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from Nationwide Arena:
  • Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type.
  • Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside Nationwide Arena.
  • Unacceptable or indecent dress.
  • Failure to obey or follow Nationwide Arena smoking policies.
  • Use of illegal substances or drugs; Public drunkenness.
  • Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as playing surface, stage area, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex.
  • Participating in a fight.
  • Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees.
  • The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, from balconies, ramps, stairwells or any other areas.

Spherion Guest Services Desks
Our Guest Services staff is ready and eager to assist with any needs during an event at Nationwide Arena. The Spherion Guest Services desks are located by the east entrance on the main concourse and on the upper concourse near section 208. Guests who win game promotions should report to this station.
 
Lost and Found
Nationwide Arena provides lost and found services for guests at the Spherion Guest Services stations located on the main concourse next to FSN Ohio Blue Line. Any items that are not claimed at the end of an event will be turned in to Security Command. Items turned in to Lost and Found can be claimed during regular business hours. Meeting Facilities and Conference Areas
Nationwide Arena has numerous facilities available for private meetings, conferences or smaller functions. For more information, please call (614) 246-2000.
 
Premium Services
Nationwide Arena offers premium seating and services for 52 suites located on the suite level and 26 loge boxes located on club level. For your convenience, properly ticketed guests with premium seat parking passes may enter the building at the entrance on the third floor of the parking garage on the north side of the building. In addition to the fully furnished suite featuring a wet bar, stadium-style seating and two televisions, other amenities offered include concierge service and access to the Pizzuti Club Lounge.
 
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted in Nationwide Arena by guests:
  • Cans, bottles, coolers or any similar containers.
  • Laser pens or laser products of any type.
  • Fireworks.
  • Air horns or noise makers of any type.
  • Alcohol of any type.
  • Weapons of any type.
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by Nationwide Arena management.
In the event that items are revealed during a search, the guest(s) will be permitted to return to his vehicle with the item or he can dispose of the item. Nationwide Arena will not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type. Nationwide Arena management has the sole right to determine the type of pre-event screening.
 
Service Pets
No pets or animals are allowed in Nationwide Arena with the exception of service animals such as seeing eye pets.
 
Smoking
The city of Columbus has passed an ordinance banning smoking in all indoor public places. In keeping with this ordinance, Nationwide Arena is now a smoke-free facility. Smoking will only be allowed in a designated outdoor area adjacent to section 122 on the main concourse, on the upper level of the attached parking garage outside of the G3 entrance, and outside the Front St. doors.
 
Ticket Policies
Will Call Policy-
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office located at the corner of Nationwide Blvd. and John H. McConnell Blvd. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets.

Children's Ticket Policy-
Children ages 2 and over are required to have a ticket for admission, with the exception of select children's shows that require tickets for all children age 1 and over.

Lost or Stolen Ticket Policy-
Lost tickets will not be replaced by Nationwide Arena. If tickets are stolen, guests must provide proof of purchase and a police report to the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office. New tickets will be printed.

Re-selling Tickets-
The resale of tickets for any event at Nationwide Arena is strictly prohibited.
